I can't create new markes on windows using Artoolkitx

I need to create new markers using the default markers hiro and kanji and my app runs on android. To create new markers, I want to use an API for windows. But when I run artoolkitx_mk_patt.exe nothing happens. Only one dark window stays open. How can I solve this?

A bug in video display on Windows was fixed since you made this post. Please try with the latest release and let me know if you're still seeing the same problem.
